    We’d hunt em if we could. I think you ought to be able to since this neighborhood is a lake club but Brady owns the land all around the lake and therefore you can’t cause this neighborhood is surrounded by city land. Shit, I wish I could duck hunt the lake. There’s thousands of birds on it in the winter. I talked to one of the neighbors up here a few years back and he said back in the day it used to be legal to hunt it. They also had a lot of peanut farming in this area at one time and he said they’d kill limits of mallards all the time.

    I don't think Brady was ever Peanut country. Too dry and you dont see much irrigation around until you get down towards Mason. It's spotty at best.
    I try to time my trigger jerk with my flinch so they cancel each other out.

    And exactly why should any county, state or fed govt. have land holdings of large enough acreage that would be deem suitable for hunting?
