Its getting close to that time of year again. I think i may bring a pot for the Alabama vs aTm tailgate
I am looking to buy Mike McLemore duck calls. He was a cousin of mine and the calls have a sentimental value.

6oz chili powder seems like a lot. Just making sure that is correct. Gonna try making it for the first time for a chili feed at work Friday.

I add my chili powder to taste. I don't use 6 oz

Made some with elk tonight, was amazing.

As a side joke, we ran low on fritos but plenty of gold fish. That was the shit. I may never eat frito pie again. Gold fish and chili FTMFW!

    Try it with Cheetos.

I usually end up about 6 ounces in a full batch.
    Thanks,

not knowing that I was supposed to make a post every time I made chili I am no posting to let you guys know that over the last 4 years I've made chili about 10-15 times.

I'll do better in the future of keeping the rest of you up to date on my meal preps. Do I need to also post when I heat and eat frozen chili that is left over? I do that pretty often when I'm by myself.

I add kidney beans, black beans, corn and cut up: celery, onion, bell pepper and garlic...

This is a great chili...I’ve been cooking chili for a long time, this is by far the best..
